Spa Treatments will be on menu soon.  A Revitalizing Body Scrub to renew the mind and body, A Soothing Body Scrub to renew and relieve stress, and a Botanical Body Wrap to detoxify and cleanse.

Our Couple's Massage is taking off!  There are not many facilities in the area that can offer this service.  One of our treatment rooms is the pefect size to offer you and yours a relaxing getaway!  We serve cool water or hot tea afterwards.  Being able to slowly 'come back' from a massage is important before getting back in the car and carrying on with the rest of your day.  Invest time in your health and relationship by scheduling a special date with your loved one. Great for bridal parties too!

Testimonials:
I first began massage therapy as a way to 'loosen up' those tight muscles to improve my chiropractic adjustments.  Not only did it help to that end but I quickly realized that by relieving my body of muscular tension it worked and felt better during my daily activities.
Regular massage also has the added bonus of quieting the mind in this over stimulated society of today. Hands2Heel creates an atmosphere to do just that.  Sara's passion to provide wellness to her clients is a reflection of her caring and positive nature which allows me to relax and take a little time 'away from it all.'  After a great massage I'm ready to take on the world again! ~John C.

I would recommend Hands to Heel.  Sara came to our office to do 15-minute chair massages on some of our employees.  The massages were a winning gift for a job well done.  It was a great relaxer for them in the middle of a tense day.  Most of them explained it was the 'best massage they ever had'.  I recommend Hands to Heel in the office and for everyday life.
